Can I register multiple employees as a company?

Yes. On the page for companies you calculate the costs yourself by indicating how many employees you want to register. After the order you have your own classroom, where you log in yourself, invite employees and track the progress. From 10 employees you get a discount.

How do I start my training?

Log in to your account. On your dashboard you will see your training. Click on it and you will enter the learning environment, where you start with the first lesson.

I cannot log in, what should I do?

Check if your email address is entered correctly and if Caps Lock is on. If it does not work, request a new password; you will receive an email with a link. Also check your spam box. If that does not help, please contact us.

Is the certificate in my own name?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the certificate is in your name. Therefore, fill in your first and last name correctly when you sign up.

Is the certificate also usable abroad?

Accepted Answer

The certificate is in Dutch and shows that you have completed the training and passed the final test. Whether an employer or organisation abroad accepts it, is up to them.

Is this HACCP training mandatory or official?

For HACCP there is no official, legally mandatory exam and a course or diploma is not mandatory. However, you must work food safely according to HACCP, for example according to the Hygiënecode voor de Horeca. Our training follows that hygiene code. The certificate shows that you have completed the training and passed the final test.

How long does the HACCP training take?

You take the training at your own pace. Many students finish the 14 lessons and the final test in a few hours. You have 180 days of access, so you can also pause and continue later.

How are the tests structured?

At the end of each lesson you test yourself with a few multiple choice questions about the entire lesson, with an explanation for each answer. After that you take the final test of 70 multiple choice questions. There is no time limit. If you got a question wrong, the AI teacher explains why.

At what score have I passed the final test?

You have passed the final test with 70 percent correct. After that you immediately download your certificate.
